The system celebrates graduating students while attracting new creative talent, combining tactile print methods with a unified identity for the show.
The design system uses a five-colour palette alongside visual cues drawn from Falmouth’s high street. The town’s distinctive flag bunting has been reinterpreted as a key graphic device, running throughout the show identity to create cohesion and a strong sense of place.
Making Waves represents students entering the industry as graduating creatives ready to make an impact. The concept reflects their transition into the professional world, where they will “make waves” and shape the future of design. It also links back to Falmouth’s coastal identity
